Hey ya'll! With the new year starting and everyone attempting to get back in shape, I thought this healthy peanut butter smoothie recipe would be a good one to share. I love this smoothie! It is definitely my go-to when I am craving something sweet but don't want to indulge in loads of calories! I also love the creamy texture that the frozen banana gives!
Half of a banana (frozen)
One spoon full of PB Fit
Almond or cashew milk
Ice (optional)
Granola for topping
Granola for topping
Blend in the blender and enjoy!
This smoothie is honestly super easy and affordable - perfect for college students on a budget! It also tastes good with added honey, vanilla, or fruit of choice! There's so many variations you could create.
