An important part of having an online store is making sure your packaging looks professional. It's also a good way to make your store rememberable. Everyone that makes a purchase from you will always remember if the package stood out. It's so fun to open a package and see that everything was thought out and handled with care.
A good way to make your packages stand out is to add customizable stickers. I recently got some made and it really pulled the look of my packages together.

When I started my online boutique a few months ago, I knew that packaging was important to me. To me, it's worth it to spend a few extra dollars to make every package special. There's nothing like opening a package knowing that there was time, care, and thought put into it!
I know there are many of you that follow me that own online businesses or are wanting to learn more information about opening one. I will have a post up soon about the steps it takes and tips on getting started, but today I wanted to share where I get my shipping supplies and how I package my orders!

The Fourth of July is around the corner and I wanted to share a couple of outfit ideas with ya'll! Both of these are actually from my online boutique, Rosie Meadow.
They are definitely a little more dressy options but they are both so comfortable!!
The first option is the Independence Day Dress. This dress is so flattering! It fits just a tad bit tighter on the waist and gives the illusion of a smaller waist. It has tie detail on the bust and it's the perfect length. ( I am 5'5 for reference).
It fits true to size! I am wearing size large.

My struggle with perfectionism has be present through out my life as long as I can remember. It wasn't until recently that I realized how unattainable it really is. Of course I never ACTUALLY thought life could be perfect, but part of me wanted it so desperately and the thought consumed me. Starting my business has made me realize a lot of things.

Since opening my online boutique, I have been on the lookout for the cutest stationary that I could get for an affordable price. When Basic Invite

They had so many cute options for my business and I will definitely be going back when I'm in need of invitations.

The changing of seasons from Winter to Spring has always been my favorite time of the year. There's just something about warm sunlight after a long, cold Winter that brings out the happiest moods and the most hopeful feelings.
I also wanted to share 7 things that I have been inspired by lately. I feel like God has been teaching me a lot over the past few months and I wanted to share some of my thoughts.

Working from home can be very challenging. You are obviously in your own home and there are so many other things that you can do such as laundry, playing with your pets, or eating non-stop (ha!). Ignoring all of these distractions can be very challenging, but it is possible - you just have to create a in-depth plan on how to be productive. If you are not sure where to start when it comes to this, I’ve got you! Keep reading to find out how to be productive while working from home - I promise that it is possible!
Have a plan
The first step is to have a plan and to take that plan to help you list out your priorities. Know what you need to get done that week (or month) and create a game plan. List out all due dates and shoot to have them completed a week before the due date. That way, you are not rushing around at the last minute to have everything wrapped up. Each week, I recommend down your must-do’s, your hope-to-do’s, and your appointments. Schedule in your must-do’s when you are the most productive and then your hope-to-do’s at your second most productive point in your day(s)/week. This way, each day you do not have to waste time figuring out what you need to do because it is all laid out for you. This allows you to jump into your work first thing in the morning, which will allow you to get more work done.

I think we can all relate when we say that our new year resolution is to get in shape. I say it every year - and I hope that I actually stick with it this time! I don't know about you, but cute workout wear always makes me 100 times more likely to hit the gym! These leggings from K. Ellis Boutique are so cute. They are high waisted - which I love - because it makes me feel like everything is supported and sucked in. The color and pattern is adorable and would look great with a solid top and a pop of color in your running shoe.
Decluttering For The New Year
2019 is here and I am ready for a fresh, clean slate. To me, this starts with my home, the space that I spend the bulk majority of my time throughout the entire year. If I had to guess, I am sure that you have things piling up around your house. Maybe you got a bunch of Christmas presents that you didn’t want or need, or maybe you have way too many clothes now that you got some for Christmas (or just throughout the year). No matter why your house is full, it’s time to focus on decluttering it.
Starting the New Year off with a decluttered home is the best feeling in the world, but if you don’t know where to start, it can be very challenging and frustrating. A lot of people start decluttering and then quit halfway through because they just cannot figure out what to do with their items. If that sounds like you, keep reading along because I’m here to help you start and finish your decluttering session! Here we go:
