1. Wake up earlier
2. Drink a gallon of water a day
3. Spend an hour a day reading and journaling your thoughts
4. Listen to podcasts while cleaning and working out
5. Walk at least 1 mile a day
6. Eat whole foods
7. Make a list of creative projects and work on them daily
8. Always find a way to learn (books, podcasts, listening, meeting new people)
9. Say "yes" to going out more
10. Remove yourself from toxic people and places
11. Do a social media "cleanse" by unfollowing negative influences
12. Travel more often
13. Get fresh air
14. Communicate your feelings
15. Find a creative outlet to express yourself
